Exercise falls into 2 categories, 1/ Exercise you need to do and do not do, and, 2/ Exercise you need to do, and actually do, do. I am an exercise fanatic who has made it to 67 years old and when it comes to running, I wake up ready to go, and usually get going early. It is not a problem or a question, it might be boring and repetitive but who cares I was born ready for running.
